Day 1
Arrival to San José and transfer to Hotel Finca Rosa Blanca, located in the middle of a coffee plantation in an inviting and rural setting.
Day 2
White water rafting tour (class III & IV) on Pacuare River, considered one of the most scenic in the world. Return to San José for an overnight at Finca Rosa Blanca Hotel.
Day 3
Domestic flight to Palmar Sur (South Pacific) combined with a boat transfer along Sierpe River’s mangroves, bordering Osa Peninsula. Arrival to Casa Corcovado. Afternoon at leisure to explore the lodge and the beautiful tropical forest scenery of the region.
Day 4
Guided hike along Corcovado National Park where you will discover this park’s great biological treasures. Overnight at Casa Corcovado.
Day 5
Guided visit to Caño Island National Park where you may visit the famous pre-Columbian stone spheres where indigenous tribes performed ceremonial activities. Afterwards, you may take a snorkeling tour along the coral reefs that border the island. Caño Island also offers an excellent alternative for scuba diving excursions. Overnight at Casa Corcovado.
Day 6
Return to Sierpe by boat and ground transfer along the Pacific Coast until reaching Uvita, where you may continue enjoying a combination of beach, adventure and tropical forests. Afternoon at leisure to visit Playa Arcos, one of the most beautiful in the area. Overnight at Cuna del Angel.
Day 7
Horseback riding tour to Nauyaca Waterfalls. The route takes us across a tropical forest and livestock farms before reaching the beautiful waterfalls that form natural pools; once here you may take a dip and have a picnic-style lunch. Overnight at Cuna del Angel.
Day 8
Transfer to San José and free afternoon for shopping. Overnight at Costa Rica Marriott Hotel.
Day 9
Transfer to Juan Santamaría Airport.
