With the idea of always offering innovating and unique experiences, Elements has given itself the task of designing an interesting gastronomic activity, which combines a special gourmet dinner in good company and attention from a personal chef in an intimate and private setting.

This experience, called The Gastronomic Evening, aims at not only highlighting the quality of the country’s gourmet cuisine, but also at acquiring a greater dimension with one of the most recognized representatives of the cuisine in Costa Rica, chef Isabel Campabadal. All of this, nothing more and nothing less than in the intimacy of her own home surrounded by friendly conversation.

The idea of this activity arose with the objective of offering a personalized dinner to our customers in a homely and unique environment with a very special element, Doña Isabel, who prepares this dinner specially for her guests while receiving them casually in her own home. Doña Isabel, who studied in prestigious gastronomic schools in Europe and the States, is considered the creator of the Costa Rican Modern Cuisine. Her innumerable professional experiences have given her the opportunity to cook for important international personalities that have visited Costa Rica, such as King Juan Carlos of Spain, Barack Obama and Prince Albert of Monaco.

According to David Brenes from Elements, “More than just a gastronomic activity, this is a unique life experience that seeks to put each traveler in unconventional situations with real-life people that a tourist would not easily have access to. We believe that having the option to visit the house of a recognized chef like Doña Isabel, interact with her, talk about art, music, travel, etc and taste a delicious dinner prepared by her, is a unique experience and highly valued by a portion of high-level travelers.”
